BeachFire Bar & Grill San Clemente presented Drew Brophy's Sea Monster Ball in November 2005 to help raise awareness of Surfrider Foundation and the Ocean Institute, as well as raise funds for their efforts to keep our oceans healthy. The Beachfire Bar & Grill provided ocean-catch appetizers and smore’s by the outside bonfire, while guests enjoyed live music, Twin Fin Wine and art. Happy raffle winners walked away with great prizes, including a Nirve beach cruiser and a GLS Soft Surfboard! Planet X T.V.filmed the event, and will be airing a feature about Drew Brophy and other Sea Monster Ball artists.
