
• A non-refundable $500.00 booking fee is required to secure your date.
• Once a menu and preliminary invoice are approved a 50% deposit is due on the subtotal amount.
• Saturday evenings require a 100 guest guarantee in the Hacienda room.
• We are the sole provider of alcoholic beverages at Irons. We do not allow guests to bring in outside alcoholic
beverages and we adhere to all California state liquor carding policies.
• There is a $1000.00 security deposit, payable by separate check or credit card, due at the time your preliminary
invoice is signed. Precluding any damages, theft or breakage determined to be from your event, the final amount will
be refunded within ten business days. Any charges incurred for breakage, damages or theft will be itemized and in
invoice form. Damages by your guests or vendors are your responsibility.
• Banquet room selection is subject to group size and availability.
• All menu and bar pricing quoted will be honored for six months as written on our quotes.
• We will provide an approved list of vendors for florals, entertainment and valet parking.
• All vendors must have insurance or be insured by the client with a separate policy.
• No confetti is allowed in the event facility or restaurant.
• "Irons in the Fire" has an 11:30 pm curfew.
• Guests who do not have a scheduled tee time are not permitted on the golf course or driving range.
• We are happy to accommodate any special requests to make your celebration special except those that are determined to be
potentially harmful to guests or a liability to management.
