Is there a site fee?
Site fees are as follows:
$10,000.00 restaurant buy out
$6000.00 for 250-201 guests
$5000.00 for 200-160 guests
$3500.00 for 159-100 guests
$2500.00 for 99-50 guests
$500.00 minimum room fee in Hacienda room
What does the site fee include?
Site fees include:
Round 66 or 72 tables, chiavari style chairs
Standard linens in 20 colors, cloth napkins, china, glassware and flatware
All buffet set-up if applicable
One event server per every two tables for excellent service
Event coordinator the day of event, Event Chef and kitchen staff
Pre-event menu and site planning with our event experts and chef
Wedding Menu tasting with Chef for up to six people once you have selected your preliminary menu
State of the art audio and visual ,Ipod and power point compatible
60" flat screen in Hacienda Room for maximum viewing. Three flat screens in the lounge
May we bring in our own upgraded linens and rentals?
Yes, we have an approved professional event rental agency we work with to bring you the latest in
special event upgrades, including chair covers, dance floors and special effect lighting.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have a large parking lot adjacent to the clubhouse with handicapped parking in the front
spaces. We can also provide valet parking at an additional charge if desired. Valet Parking packages
start at $750.00.
Is your site handicap accessible?
Yes, with a large ramp located near the entrance of the club house.
Are there hotels nearby?
Yes, the Hampton Suites and the San Clement Inn are within a one mile radius with additional hotels nearby in San Clemente.
Can we have a wedding ceremony on the ocean view bluff nearby?
Yes, wedding ceremonies are performed on the Califia park bluff half a mile from our site.

Can ceremonies be performed at Irons?
We do not have an outside ceremony location. We can accommodate inside as space allows.
Do you have more than one wedding a day?
We have two time slots available per day for weddings and multiple time slots available for other special events.
You may book out the entire day at an additional cost. We only book one wedding per day.
What time does the Golf Course close and may we book tee times?
The course closes at dusk so it depends on the season.
The San Clemente Municipal Golf Course
is a public course and you may book tee times thru them directly.
